Dr. Paula uses a combination of chiropractic, physical therapy and massage to start the healing, stop the pain, and to recover faster.
My journey to wellness care and chiropractic began as it does for a lot of people - with pain. Before I became a chiropractor, I was a dancer, competitive fencer, and massage therapist. There was a lot of stress on my body and more than a few injuries. Getting chiropractic care was a life changing experience for me. Not only did it give tremendous pain relief, but it maintained the functional integrity of my body. I didn’t know it then, but the seed was planted for me to become a chiropractor.
I received my doctorate in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in San Lorenzo, CA. I graduated Magna cum Laude in 1994. During my internship I was appointed Student Intern Supervisor and twice earned Clinical Excellence awards. I earned a post baccalaureate Pre-Medical Certificate from New College of California, San Francisco, and I also hold a Bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University where I focused on theater, dance, and the women’s fencing team.
My aim is to be your partner in health to help you achieve and maintain mobility, health and wellness.
